Can I customize my piece?

Yes. Every item is made-to-order and fully customizable. You can choose dimensions, wood type, leg style, and finish. If you have a vision, we’ll help you bring it to life.

Do you offer design help if I’m not sure what I want?

Absolutely. Whether you’re starting from scratch or have a few ideas, we’ll collaborate with you to design something that fits your space and your style.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our current lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks depending on design complexity and workload. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process from build to delivery.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer white-glove delivery throughout the Chicagoland area. For customers outside the area, we can coordinate freight shipping. All deliveries are scheduled to suit your availability.

Can I visit your workshop?

We’re a small-scale studio located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. While we don’t have a traditional showroom, visits can be arranged by appointment to view in-progress work or discuss custom designs.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by our craftsmanship and will always work with you to make things right if there’s an issue.

What care is required?

We finish all pieces with a durable, low-sheen finish that protects the wood while showcasing its natural beauty. We’ll provide care instructions specific to your piece when it’s delivered.

Do you work with interior designers or commercial clients?

Yes—we frequently collaborate with designers, architects, and business owners to create custom pieces for homes, offices, and retail environments.
