Custom Orders:
Yes! I create custom orders and special requests.  Please use the Contact Page to email me and discuss the specifics of the customization.  Include pictures, sketches and other details that pertain to the request so I can accurately quote the custom build.

What is your turnaround time?
My turnaround-time always varies depending on my workload at the time your order is placed. Please remember this is a one-man operation and it takes time to build each piece. A general build time for furniture is usually around 6-10 weeks and home decor 1-2 weeks.

What type if wood do you use?
I offer a variety of wood types to choose from – Pine, Oak, and Walnut.  I can and do use other types as well including: maple, cherry, and hickory.   Please contact me if you are interested in a different kind.

General Care:
– Chemicals
– Scrub Sponges
– Steel Wool
Using the above products can severely damage and discolor the surface.
To remove dust use a clean cloth or feather duster.  A damp towel and dish soap works best.
Rub in the direction of the grain for best result. 
Quickly clean up any spills. Liquids will damage the wood and always use coasters.

How do I pay for my order?
I use payment by Stripe which accepts all major credit cards. All orders must be paid in full when placed. Shipping is free for all items.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground while smaller pieces are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
I ship to all 50 states and Canada.
Each piece is protected in transit with packing foam.  Tracking is included with each order and is also insured.
Local Pick up and FREE Delivery is available for the Chicagoland area

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
– Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
– Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
– Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
